However, he's not a terribly physical person, being more of an intellectual and charismatic figure. His Special refers to his Owl's Eyes - the ability to turn his blood into floating bombs. In his ultimate form, his statistics would be near full on every level. However, even in this young form, Akira is highly formidable. His Special refers to his stand, which is significantly faster and stronger than he is, himself, and also possesses the ultimate gamechanging power: time stop. BACK TO TOP Usagi Tsukino Sailor Moon STRENGTH AGILITY SPEED ENDURANCE INTELLIGENCE WILLPOWER CHARISMA SPECIAL Usagi, as Sailor Moon, is mostly defined by her healing powers and relatively simple attacks. However, her Special includes the use of her silver crystal, an immensely powerful artifact that permits her to command reality itself when necessary.
